Other Comments:
Townsendia Arizonica Gray or Hoary Townsend Daisy or Townsendia incana is a pretty herbal plant. In mid-Spring, round daisy-like pink and white blossoms appear.  Townsendia Arizonica Gray is propagated from seeds which can be sown directly onto ground after last frost is over or start seeds in greenhouse, ideally at temperature of 70 degrees.  In its natural habitat, Townsendia incana is found dwelling in rocky crevices, dry stony areas or foothills.  In the absence of flowers, Townsendia Arizonica Gray, the eye-catching silvery foliage makes it an interesting foliage plant.   Hoary Townsend Daisy loves the heat, is low maintenance and carefree.  Townsendia incana  is a perfect candidate for the xeriscaping or rock garden.
